none really, but there are things u can do...

1. massaeg ur hair scalp for at least 5mins a day. it makes ur blood flow up there promoting more hair growth

2. make sure ur getting enough protein and vitamins like c, a, e, b3

3. wash ur hair everyday to get rid of build up that can keep hair from growing and use a good conditioner to keep it strong

4. exercise. getting ur blood flowing is key.

i wish like hell there was somethng we could do about growing hair faster. ive tried pills, liquid, and even prenatal vitamins im not sure what else to do.
