Make one of your parents an African American. Joking!! You have no control over how coarse your hair is. It's genetics. It's like me trying to wear my hair straight down. Although perms and a straight comb is an option for me. Maybe there's some chemical out there for you, but I haven't heard of it. Sorry but some hairstyles you just can't get.
