I have sensitive skin and when stubble/beard facial hair comes in the next day or so thereafter I get what looks like a rash. Anyone know anything to put on it. Lotion makes me breakout and I heard cortisone cream for the itching long-term isn't a good idea, any other suggestions?

You should find something for sensitive skin, but maybe you can prevent this, try shaving only after a warm bath, and leave the shaving cream on for 1 minutes, or put a warm towel over your face before shaving.
