Has anyone ever taken Paba supplements and had success in stopping/growing hair?
waht dosage did u take and for how long
what are the side effects of paba to watch out for.
Does PABA help with hair growth? only real life experiences pls.?
It is suppose to help. Don't take more than the bottle says and optimize it with biotin, pantothenic acid, vitamin C, E, zinc and selenium.
