I would like my hair to grow alot faster but due to my recent diet I believe it's been slowing it down dramatically. How would I speed up the growing process for hair on my scalp? What should I be eating more of and are their any healthy alternatives I can look toward? Such as pills? Whatever it is please mention it and any side effects it could possibly have.
