i don't know if there is a cream that can make your hair grow but you should try to eat : fish ,avocato, brazilian nuts and greens lots of greens.

well, i use this grape thing to strengthen my hair....

there was an accident a few months ago and my hair had to be shaved off...

now its up to my shoulders....

though i cut it alot... i like the short look.... ^^

i guess.... eat healthy and try not to perm or blowdry your hair too often......

and always cut the tips... thats all i can say...
