Any home remedies for hair growth??

My hair is about 20 - 24 inches long (which took over 3 years to get)and I was considering, donating it to "locks for love" I was wondering if anyone knew of any remedies so I can offer more inches for donation within the next 6 months. I still want to keep my hair at least to my shoulders. I'm very nervous so that length would be pushing it, but I really want to do this!!

You could make sure you get your protein and vitamins. I do not know if that will make a difference but it is the only thing you can do. There exists no remedy for hair growth except rogain for women.

ok black hair care products have a lot of these, you can use b%26amp;b super grow, or du grow, rogaine, or just wait till it grows out and then cut.

You can use horse shampoo. I can't remember the brand (I think its Mane %26amp; Tail) but you can buy it at wal-mart in the pet section or sometimes in the human section. Its a white bottle with yellow %26amp; blue. I used it to make my hair grow out faster because I got it cut and it was cut shorter than I wanted it to be. The shorter my hair is the more it curls and if its too short it sticks out like bozo. My husband even used it and I found out that he washes his hair face down instead of face up. The shampoo would run down his face and it made hair grow out the side of the bridge of his nose. So I would say it even promotes hair growth where there is no hair.
