I have Trichotillomania, and my eyebrows are too thin. Is there any product that can speed up their growth?

Not really... try borrowing some eyeliner (if you are a guy; if you're a girl, you will have your own) in the shade of your eyebrows and filling them in with short, feathery strokes. Good luck!!

nope. u can get artificial eyebrows. but they're like 100 bucks each. btw eyeliner or w/e is a bad idea. ur'll look like a girl
